“In Spring” was created in May which is a month that always feels full of flowers and warmer weather. This fine art print comes from the original painting, which was first started with acrylics. Midway through, I wanted to add more texture and make it even more fun to look at, so I switched things up. It just feels bright and happy!

I originally started with a simple acrylic painting to capture the fresh flowers
I’d been seeing lately with it being spring. Midway through, I realized acrylic
wasn’t quite what I wanted, so I brought oil paints into the mix. I love the loose feel the oil brings and how happy this painting makes me when I look at it!
