If your product arrives damaged from shipping, we’re happy to send you a replacement. Please email paintingwithabbi@gmail.com with a brief explanation and clear photos of the damaged item, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the damaged product to qualify for a replacement. Please note: Original artwork is final sale and cannot be replaced.

You can cancel an item up until it has been shipped. If you place an order and change your mind, you’ll have approximately 24 hours to cancel.
