You can cancel an item up until it has been shipped. If you place an order and change your mind, you’ll have approximately 24 hours to cancel. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If your product arrives damaged from shipping, we’re happy to send you a replacement. Please email paintingwithabbi@gmail.com with a brief explanation and clear photos of the damaged item, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the damaged product to qualify for a replacement.

We’re happy to offer international shipping to most countries! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
